Common swap issues and solutions​

Here are the most frequent problems you might face when swapping tokens in Wraith Wallet, and how to fix them.

Swap transaction failed​

Issue: Your swap attempt fails or remains stuck at a pending status.

Solution:

Make sure you have enough balance to cover both the swap and the transaction fees

Verify the token pair is supported by Wraith Wallet and the chosen swap provider

Check if the swap amount meets the provider’s minimum requirement

Retry later if the provider or network is experiencing congestion

Incorrect swap amount received​

Issue: You receive less than expected after completing a swap.

Solution:

Review the quoted rate - price fluctuations may cause small differences

Check your slippage tolerance settings. A high slippage tolerance may result in receiving less

If the difference is unusually large, contact support with your transaction details

Delayed swap confirmation​

Issue: Your swap is taking longer than expected to finalise.

Solution:

Network congestion may slow down confirmation

Refresh your wallet to see if the transaction has cleared

Use a blockchain explorer to confirm progress

If still pending after a long time, contact support with the TxID

Pending swap transaction​

Issue: Your swap remains stuck in “pending” and does not finish.

Solution:

Wait a few minutes and avoid submitting multiple swaps at once

If the transaction remains stuck, check the blockchain explorer for confirmation status

Contact support if the transaction does not process despite normal network conditions

Swap option unavailable for certain assets​

Issue: You cannot swap certain tokens or see limited swap options in the app.

Solution:

Confirm the token is supported by the swap provider

Some tokens have regional restrictions - check availability in your area

Update Wraith Wallet to the latest version

If the asset is normally supported but unavailable, contact support

High slippage affecting swap results​

Issue: You received much less than expected because of slippage settings.

Solution:

Lower your slippage tolerance for volatile assets

Consider reducing the swap size to reduce exposure to price shifts

Always check the preview before confirming the swap
