I don’t see my token in Wraith Wallet

If you’ve added or transferred a token (such as USDT or another cryptocurrency) to your Wraith Wallet but it doesn’t appear in the app, don’t worry - this is a common issue with straightforward fixes.

1. Verify the wallet address

Why? Tokens sent to the wrong address will not appear in your wallet.

What to do:

Double-check the wallet address you sent tokens to.

Make sure it matches the address in your Wraith Wallet for the correct blockchain (e.g., Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain).

If tokens were sent to a different address, they will only appear if you import that address using its recovery phrase or private key.

2. Confirm the correct blockchain network

Why? Tokens such as USDT exist on multiple blockchains. Wraith Wallet needs to be set to the right one to show them.

What to do:

Check which network was used for the transfer (you can confirm this with the sender or by checking the transaction on a blockchain explorer).

In Wraith Wallet, enable the matching network under Manage tokens.

Example:

ERC-20 → Ethereum

TRC-20 → Tron

BEP-20 → BNB Smart Chain

If the token was sent to a network that Wraith Wallet doesn’t support, it will not appear.

3. Add the token manually

Why? Some tokens don’t automatically show up and must be added.

What to do:

Go to Manage tokens in Wraith Wallet

Search by token name or paste the contract address

Ensure the contract address is copied from a reliable source (such as the project’s official site or CoinGecko)

Once added, your token balance should appear

4. Check the transaction status

Why? If the transfer hasn’t been confirmed, the token won’t show yet.

What to do:

Use a blockchain explorer to check the transaction:

Ethereum: Etherscan.io

Tron: Tronscan.org

BNB Smart Chain: BscScan.com

Look up your wallet address or transaction hash (TxID)

If the transaction is pending, wait for it to confirm

5. Update Wraith Wallet

Why? Outdated app versions may not support certain tokens or networks.

What to do:

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

Check for updates to Wraith Wallet

Install the latest version and refresh the app

6. Restart or re-import your wallet

Why? A sync glitch may prevent tokens from displaying.

What to do:

Close and reopen the app to refresh balances

If that doesn’t work, re-import your wallet with your recovery phrase. This won’t move your funds - it will resync your wallet with the blockchain.

7. Reinstall Wraith Wallet

Why? Corrupted data or installation issues can block tokens from appearing.

What to do:

Delete the Wraith Wallet app

Reinstall it from the official app store

Restore your wallet with your recovery phrase

8. Contact support

If none of the above works, reach out to Wraith Wallet support with:

Your public wallet address

Transaction hash (TxID)

The token name and blockchain network

⚠️ Never share your private key or recovery phrase with anyone - not even support.
