How to send Tether (USDT-Jetton) with Wraith Wallet

This guide explains how to send Tether (USDT) Jettons on the TON blockchain using Wraith Wallet.

Things to check before sending

USDT-Jetton enabled: Make sure you’ve added a USDT-Jetton wallet in Wraith Wallet

Correct network: Confirm the recipient’s wallet supports USDT Jettons

Correct address: Always double-check the recipient’s wallet address. Scanning a QR code is safest

TON balance: Keep some TON (around 0.5 - 1 TON) in your wallet to cover network fees

Memo (if required): Some platforms require a memo or comment. Always check before sending

Step-by-step: sending USDT-Jetton

1. Open Wraith Wallet

Launch the app, tap on your USDT-Jetton wallet, then select Send.

2. Enter recipient details

Paste or scan the recipient’s TON address

Enter the amount of USDT you want to transfer

Add a Memo if required by the recipient platform

3. Review fees and confirm

Tap Continue. Wraith Wallet will calculate the TON fee. If you have enough TON, you can proceed.

4. Handle insufficient TON error (if shown)

If you see “Insufficient TON balance” you’ll need to add TON before retrying:

Buy TON: Tap Buy in Wraith Wallet, select TON, and purchase with your chosen payment method

Receive TON: Tap Receive to display your TON wallet address and transfer TON from another wallet or exchange

Once TON arrives, retry the send.

5. Confirm the transaction

Double-check the recipient’s address, amount, and memo (if applicable)

Tap Confirm to broadcast the transaction

TON transactions are usually confirmed within seconds.

6. Verify completion

You can track the transaction in Wraith Wallet or by entering the transaction ID into a TON explorer such as Tonviewer. Confirm with the recipient that the USDT has arrived.
