How to buy Tether (USDT) with Wraith Wallet

With Wraith Wallet you can buy Tether (USDT) directly through integrated fiat providers. This guide explains the process step by step, from selecting USDT to completing verification and funding your wallet.

Important note

Most fiat providers require identity verification (KYC) before allowing purchases. You may need to provide:

A government-issued ID (passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card)

A live selfie for identity confirmation

In some cases, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement

Step 1 - Select Tether (USDT)

Open Wraith Wallet, choose USDT from your assets list, then tap Buy. You will be asked how much USDT you want to purchase.

Example: If buying USDT on Polygon, remember you will also need a small amount of POL tokens to pay network fees.

Step 2 - Choose a provider and verify identity

Wraith Wallet will show you a list of available providers. Options vary by region and payment method, with different fees and processing times.

Most providers will ask you to complete KYC before proceeding. This process may take from a few minutes to a few hours.

Wraith Wallet automatically recommends the best provider for your region.

Step 3 - Confirm the amount

Input the amount of USDT you wish to buy, then tap Continue to move to the payment screen.

Step 4 - Enter payment details and confirm order

Add your payment details. For card payments, this includes your card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Once entered, confirm the order and wait for processing.

Step 5 - Receive confirmation

The provider will process your order and transfer the USDT directly into your Wraith Wallet.

Credit/debit card payments are usually instant

Bank transfers may take longer depending on your provider

When the transfer completes, you will see your updated balance in Wraith Wallet. You will also receive a confirmation notification.
